The Hotel will use personal information of the guests only within the scope of the foregoing purpose of use and will not use it beyond the scope of the purpose of use. In case if the Hotel entrusts the handling of personal information to a third party, the Hotel shall monitor whether the personal information is used and handled properly by the joint user or the third party.

The Hotel shall never disclose personal information of the guests to the third parties without any prior consent. This excludes cases that are legally exempt.
4. Management of Personal Information
The hotel will maintain the accuracy and the concurrence of personal information of the guests. In order to avoid any loss, manipulation, and leakage, we will store and protect your personal information through necessary and reasonable security measure.
5. Disclosure, Revision, Suspension of Usage, and Deletion of Personal Information
When you wish to disclose, revise, suspense the usage, or delete your personal information, the Hotel shall comply to your request immediately with the necessary procedures only upon verification of your identity. This excludes cases that are legally exempt.

6. Organizational Structure
With respect to the handling and usage of personal information, the Hotel shall improve the organization by appointing responsible managers to protect personal information.
7. Internal Rules / Guidelines and In-house Education
With respect to the handling of personal information and the required system, the Hotel shall develop in-house regulations and other rules necessary for each service, and establish a system to protect personal information. The Hotel shall provide adequate education and training to its employees with respect to the protection of personal information.
