You can make a room reservation through this website as a guest or as a member by registering yourself beforehand. The benefit of becoming our online member is that you can always confirm and make reservation cancellation through our website, so we strongly recommend you to register yourself as a member to enjoy this benefit. The member registration is free, so you will not be charged for any fee.

Reservation Flow

  1. Choose the plan or room type you would like to reserve
  2. A calendar will be shown. Choose the reservation date by clicking on the desired date.
    ●means that most rooms are still vacant for that date
    ▲means that most rooms are almost booked for that date
    ×means that the rooms are full booked for that date
  3. Enter the number of guests and submit. Please re-confirm the number of guests before submitting the form
  4. Please enter your login ID & password if you are a member. If you are not a member, please click the [Continue / Next] button.
  5. Please enter the required field and click [Continue / Next]. Please confirm everything before clicking the [Reserve] button.
    You will receive the reservation confirmation e-mail within few minutes.

  3. You will receive the registration confirmation e-mail within few minutes. You can use the registered ID and password to login.

※You cannot change your reservation online. Please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation from the website. You can always change your reservation by phone.

About Reservation Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation by entering the reservation number and the e-mail address used for reservation into the cancellation form.
Members can cancel the reservation from the member’s page as well.
You will be fully charged for 100% rate if you fail to inform us about the cancellation of the reservation.
