Turn left after you exit the JR Kurashiki Station ticket gate
Walk straight and aim for the South exit of JR Kurashiki Station
After exiting the South exit, turn right and walk straight
Walk until you see a dead end then turn left
Walk straight right by Kurashiki City Plaza West Building
After walking for a while, you will see a stair. Take that stair to go down.
